I just married my hubby on March 2nd. As a recent central florida bride, I thought I'd share my thoughts about my vendors to everyone still going through the planning process. Hope some of you will find this useful!

Florist: Peddles wedding flowers- AMAZING and Vicki totally worked with my budget of $800. I still can't get over how beautiful they were.
Cake: Lindsey Nolder- she is a private pastry chef and she was incredible! My cake came out exactly how I wanted and everyone was talking about how delicious it was!
Photographer: Nikki Hartman- such a sweetheart and takes amazing pictures. Plus, her packages are insanely affordable.
Caterer: Anthony's catering- One word. AWESOME. Everybody complemented us on the food and they were so attentive to me and my groom at the wedding. Plus, they were able to make an amazing meal for less than $12 per person!
DJ- Elegant Entertainment- very reasonable prices but the DJ was less than on the ball. Not bad, but should have shopped around a little more.
Venue: Paradise Cove- BEAUTIFUL and unique, this place is a diamond in the rough! I would reccommend checking it out if you want to have an outdoor wedding.

Need to know what vendor....

I'm looking at the Maitland Art Center as a ceremony/reception location. I saw a picture in this month's perfect wedding guide that I absoultely loved. It showed long pieces of fabric streaming from the chapel. Does anyone know which vendor created that look? It's on pg 108. It just says event decor. Thanks.

The Ceremony: Like so many Brides, Monica Christina
Dreamed of a fairytale wedding, and to add to the music of the
Moment the Bride and groom's wedding bands arrived at the
Altar enclosed in a miniature carriage made of pure gold.

The Dress: In keeping with the story book shirted, the Bride
Wore a satin Vera Wang confection complete with a full skirt fit for a modern-day Cinderella. The champagne color of the gown was candlelit service. The groom donned a classic chocolates gray tuxedo and a dashing top hair for the event.

The Reception: Music has been a binding thread in the love story of this couple. The backstreet boy net his future spouse at the video shoot for singer I Want it that why and at the reception, which was held at the five seasons, Brian Littrell performed welcome home, a song written by the groom to express his love for new bride afterwards, the fourth hundred guests, which included all the members of the backstreet boys, danced to him right of a swing band and feasted on a Two thousand and eight wedding cake music Love & Marriage (Frank Sinatra) with touches of 26 karat gold and a chalice wedding topper. Adding a masculine touch to the festivities, the groom's cake was formed in the shape of a staking in Black & White.

Special Moments: During the nuptials, the Bride's sister read a poem with a fairy-tale theme.

Question: Should I provide food for the Vendors? Submitted by Monica

Answer: Yes, it is nice for you to provide your vendors with meals. You don't want them to get cranky or lightheaded and faint do you? Talk to your caterer about preparing a small plate of food for each of your vendors at a lower price then set aside a table at which the vendors can sit and eat.

Unique wedding Favors?

Hi! ^_^ Can you share your unique wedding favors ideas? I make beaded jewelry so I came up with crystal (glass) beaded bracelets with heart charms. I think they're turning out really nice. I might put them in small white boxes with gliterry comfetty or paper. I'll post a link to some pics soon if anyone interested on seeing them. Happy Wedding!
